Our clients

Who we act for

Individuals, companies, institutions and civil society organisations with matters that turn on public law.

Our clients

The firm acts for a deliberately mixed client base. That is partly a matter of principle and partly practical: the questions we work on look different depending on which side of them you sit, and understanding both makes for better advice.

Client confidentiality means we do not publish the names of those we act for without their express consent. We are glad to discuss relevant experience directly with prospective clients, subject to the confidentiality we owe to existing ones.

Sectors and client types

01

Individuals

Clients facing criminal investigation or prosecution, and those bringing constitutional or administrative challenges against state decisions affecting them.

02

Companies and business groups

Businesses managing regulatory exposure, corruption risk in procurement and supply chains, or commercial disputes with a public law dimension.

03

Civil society organisations

NGOs and advocacy organisations bringing strategic litigation, and those needing advice on their own legal position and operating environment.

04

Public institutions and international bodies

Institutions seeking independent legal analysis, reform advisory, or research on questions of governance, accountability and international obligation.

Pro bono and public interest work

Both partners built their careers in the public interest sector, and the firm maintains dedicated capacity for pro bono and public interest matters rather than treating them as an overflow activity.

If you are an individual or organisation with a matter of genuine public importance and limited means to pursue it, we would still like to hear from you.
